I've been getting IOI's from this girl, since I am in a setting where you can't cold approach; I thought I'd just try my chances with Instagram.

She made the first move. Her best friend started following me. Her best friend literally has nothing to do with me and she literally can't know my name, I am sure I didn't come up on suggestions as well. So, I waited a little bit then I sent a follow request to her. She accepted my request, but didn't follow back. When I looked at the list of the people she is following, I was astounded. She was literally following everyone. Except me. I gave her 15 minutes to follow me back, she didn't follow me so I soft blocked her best friend then unfollowed her.

And today I hung around with one of my plates and I kept getting stares from her.
