I've been testing trp theory on an ex whom I've had a long history with, was my oneitis and the source of my misery for many years(yes I know the rule about exes). Whatever BP garbage remains in my psyche I want to kill it, I'm past the anger stage and am not interested in revenge or anything negative only self improvement and learning.

So the situation is as follows, was working out of town and heard through her family, who I've been close to for many years, that her father (who is in many ways one of the closest things to a father I've ever had) isn't in good health. I called his place to see how he was doing and my ex picked up the phone (apparently she had moved home from out of state when things didn't work out with her boyfriend), we talked for a while (surprisingly it was the best conversation I think we ever had) and I kept my mind on frame and everything I've been learning here, amused mastery, agree and amplify, ect.

I decided this was a golden opportunity to apply RP principles in the real world, test myself and what I've learned. She predictably starts texting me a lot and being as I work out of town weeks at a time I keep the conversation to a minimum and steer towards sex or arrange a hangout. I don't answer her except when it's convenient to me, not messaging first and not giving any fucks if she messages back or not. Flirting with and approaching other women swiping on tinder ect to remind myself not to be needy and embrace abundance all that.

Had some slip ups I'm sure the worst being getting drunk and emotional then asking her to tell me what the hell she wants. She says she doesn't want anything serious so I tell her we can keep things casual and be friends if that's what she wants. When I sobered up, realizing what I did I quickly adjusted frame and decided to give up alcohol because it has that effect on me. She apparently wasn't entirely put off and she texted me later the next day.

I get back into town we go out, eat and then bowling before fucking at her place. Seemed like she wasn't entirely into it and despite being pretty sure she was enjoying the sex I get the feeling she just wanted to get off and then get me off as quick as possible. I didnt let her until I was good and ready. Afterwards shes busy with work for a day then we hangout again and go back to her place to watch a movie. Her kid watched the movie with us passed out in the bed and slept in the room on a couch so we sleep and no sex, I'm suspicious that she intended for things to go this way but don't worry about it remaining outcome independent.

She gets off of work the next day and asks if I'm coming over, I don't have anything better to do so I do. She tells me she's going out and asks me to come with her to a bar to play pool. I decline, she asks a few more times and I say sure why not if you really want me to go. It's a bar she has frequented and knows most of the people there so I know I'm in her element and need to maintain frame. We're talking and the conversation eventually goes to some guy who is "obsessed with her". Later on he shows up and they are talking meanwhile I'm enjoying the live music enjoying myself and generally doing my best to not give a fuck despite being extremely unsettled inside which is something I want to conquer. I'm friendly with the guy ask his name, what he does ect maintaining eye contact and establishing myself as alpha. After a few drinks he leaves and she goes to the parking lot few a few minutes like 3-4, when she comes back in I tease her that she had to go kiss her stalker goodnight with a laugh and a smirk. We go back to her place no kids just me and her in underwear getting into bed, she is unreceptive to kino and after a few minutes I get out of bed to smoke a cigarette. I chose to sleep on the couch and we don't talk much the next morning but I don't let it show that I'm annoyed. I leave and go home to do shit I need to get done and am now doing radio silence soft nexting as of this morning.

I figure there are a few scenarios, either her intention was to hook up with the guy at the bar and didn't intend for me to actually go with her, the whole thing being her trying to use me like a beta orbiter and she was faking during the sex, or she is employing a gigantic shit test as a result of my new RP personality vs the gigantic beta pussy I was for years before.

Sorry for the long post I'm waiting to see how this plays out and would appreciate feedback criticisms and critiques.
