I see this a lot - that you shouldn't try to be the clown that entertains women.

While I agree with that 100%, I have to say that I consider myself to be pretty funny (not that it counts as proof, but I get this a lot).

The thing is, that I never go out of my way to make jokes or tell funny stories. I don't try to be funny - but I have a quite quick thinking, so I'm able to make quite funny remarks/comments when people say/ask something.

 

So I wonder, where's the line, the difference - between being witty, having a sense of humour mixed with intelligence - or being a "funny" clown?

 

I think I almost answered my own question but I'd love some insights.
