Don’t push it, keep doing what you’re doing and keep playin it cool. Try and schedule a time when your parents aren’t home or next time she puts up that reasoning ask about it more. Push then pull, escalate then step back. You wanna make her beg for it and you be the prize. Sounds like it’s more push rn then pull so she’s no comfortable with the idea of going further.

Hi! I’m also a girl, 18, and haven’t done it with anybody yet so maybe I could tell you why I would’ve done that in the same situation.

Maybe she’s waiting for marriage. Some girls would rather ghost than admit this.
Maybe you’re not the one for her. Sometimes, I casually date but just for the hell of it. If I have no intention of staying with someone in the long run I’m not gonna give it up so they can tell all their friends about it (not saying you would, saying she could think its a possibility.)
She actually didn’t want her first time to be in a bedroom in the same house as your parents. Pretty reasonable, no?

Just some input, I could be 100% wrong though.
