I'd say im good with amplifying (is it even hard?)

So my question is: when i do it, i raise my voice and become very enthusiastic like you can hear it that what im saying is 100% sarcastic.

So is that the right way to amplify or are there more than 1 way to do i, or am i just doing something else?

Example:

Q: Do you really like her?

A: No I 'amplify to absurdum'.
