avvo.com is the best resource. Call several for free 30-60 minute consultations, after this you'll have a good body of information. Information is power, and in divorce it's fucking invaluable. It's the same as the difference between making it to a foreign street address with and without directions. In China. Yeah, you can make it without help, but good fucking luck.

you seem to have a lot of odd things going on at the same time, are you trying to do the old sneak attack and she wake up one day and find you gone?
you should consult with an attorney and find out what you can do and what you cant do. here in florida, if the wipe doesnt work, you just cant bail out in the middle of the night (abondonment). she can go to the judge for an emergency hearing type of deal if that happened.
with the odd events you describe above, i would just move into a cheap motel or extended stay until you can figure out what your going to do.
if she never leaves the house, that is going to be difficult, you may just want to wake up, start packing boxes and when she ask "wtf?" just announce "im outa here" you will have the benefit of watching her panic stricken. take just enough kitchen utensils to get by on, you dont want to be paying a lawyer 200.00 per hour fighting over steak knives.
