"Do I annoy you?" = "Are you attracted to me & do you think about me?"

"I can't help it around you" = "I am sexually attracted to you."

A good response, assuming you'd like to score at some time, would convey that you are interested in her sexually but not that you are eager. Not perfect but something like "Yeah, sometimes youre annoying and sometimes you're too cute to be annoying." Calling her 'cute' shows a level of mastery on your part and the fact she is doing a girly giggle suggests she is open to 'cute' as the right compliment.

Women turn stupid around men they are attracted to . They already are a little intimidated because they are attracted , Add onto that that they are also more self conscious because they hope that you find them attractive.

In junior high or high school did you ever try talking to a crush and feel like you came off like a stupid loser even if you didn't do or say anything super memorable ? It's like that.

She feels like she annoys you because her sense are amplified, her attraction is amplified, and all of a sudden every breath she takes matters.
