So here is the situation, I've met this blonde chick in a University course and she seems really flirty, in the sense that she's always trying to get close to me and touches me frequently (DiCarlo kino incidental class 1 touches to be precise). I have responded to the touches but have not escalated due to the fact that she has a boyfriend(She's mentioned her boyfriend to me on multiple occasions). Now I know I can invite her out for "study sessions" (I've suggested the idea and she seemed very receptive), but is it worth the effort? Should I invest time and energy into trying to F-close this chick or should I just move on?

If it is possible for me to f-close this chick how should I proceed? Keeping in mind that I will still have to see her in class for the rest of the semester whatever the outcome is..
