I understand the whole punishment thing when your girl disrespects you. You withdraw attention, and continue to game her as usual. Then later on, let her know that the disrespect won't be tolerated.

What I wanna know is when I tell her her behavior is unacceptable and enact the punishment, do I tell her something like "because you did this, I'm not coming to see you tonight?" or do I just do it? I don't understand the logistics really.
