Obviously your career and in some ways family & friends come first.
But after that, it's really just hobbies and pasttimes. For me lifting is my #1 hobby/pasttime... it gives the best ROI of any I can think of. Anyone else agree? (In addition to lifting, cardio like swimming, running, or cycling is also great)
I used to play guitar, and watch certain sports on TV, but not anymore... the way I think about it is "time spent doing that is time that could be better spent lifting"
I don't watch much TV... I don't buy a lot of shit that needs upkeep... I certainly don't have a pet. Things like these are time sucks that could be spent lifting or exercising.
Who else here thinks like this?
