I don’t recommend that. As another user already said, monk mode is about self discipline. But what I do recommend is using an app to track your time on various apps. There’s one built into iOS, and several you can get from the android market. Set realistic limits for yourself. Mine was no more than twelve minutes on Facebook per day, for example. Now I don’t even bother with Facebook.
