High testosterone usually correlates to masculine features and traits (confidence, aggressiveness, leadership skills).

An attractive complexion (clear skin, bright eyes, thick hair) is caused by having a good immune system and good hormonal balance in the body, which indicates that this male has good genes.

Not sure about this information but these are my two cents.

A lot of people have misconceptions about attraction and good genes (ie surviability).

height is an attractive trait, but tall people have lower levels of testosterone (ie bad genes)
High testosterone gives you a genetic advantage, but men with high t levels generally are not good looking. High t levels makes a man go through puberty earlier, thus he doesn’t grow a lot. Going through puberty earlier means he goes from boy to man quicker (ie starts putting on muscle/reproduce earlier, a massive advantage in the evolutionary world). High t levels also gives you the warrior gene - broad shoulders, super wide frame, thick and protruded skull, short neck, wide face, hooded eyes, dense bones, ability to put on a lot of muscle (Mike Tyson, David tua, Obie Walker). All incredibly hard to knock down. Tua and Walker never got dropped. They don’t suffer brain damage as an after effect because they’re built for combat). Tyson was 190 pounds at 13. High testosterone like this is incredible rare now. All about 5 9-5 11 George Forman and primo Carnera are an exception.
A massive misconception between people is that nutrition is actually making people grow, but it’s actually testosterone levels deceasing. People are becoming taller and narrower. In the Netherlands they give the super tall 6 5+ testosterone injections to stop them from growing.
High t levels also gives you a superior memory, aggression, cognitive abilities ( raw intelligence) and natural leadership skills.

So basically, part of attraction is genetic, but culture has a massive affect. What’s considered good looking is tall, slender, small nose etc. Take Sean o pry for example - he wouldn’t survive in a fight.
