Creatine does helpful things when it comes to building muscle, but has nothing to do with hormonal effects.

When you work out, one of the byproducts of "tearing" the muscle is Creatine Kinase (CK). (Side fact... we can measure these serum levels in the blood, and it so happens that heart muscle exudes a distinct isoenzyme called ck-mb. This is one of the ways we can tell if you're having a heart attack.)

Back to CK. Creatine works by getting phosphorylated (a phosphate group sticks on) by CK. Now you have phosphocreatine.

ATP. The energy molecule. Created by the Krebs cycle inside our mitochondria, it's the energy currency in all of us. ATP stands for adenosine Tri(3) phosphate. 3 phosphate groups.

ATP loses a phosphate group when it "gives up" it's stored energy, becoming adenosine Di (2)phosphate. ADP.

In times of increased acute energy needs, we can use a piggyback quick response system to quickly create more ATP. It's called the phosphagen system. It takes the spent ADP molecule, steals the extra phosphate group from the phosphocreatine, and makes new ATP.

So more quickly available energy.

I read a study that it increased the conversion from testosterone to dihydrotestosterone which is the more potent version though associated with cancer and male baldness. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/19741313

No. It saturates you muscles with water. It'll give you a few extra reps each workout, it's not gonna make your dick hard

It does increase dht directly. Youll find studies on Google.
