That is because we have been bitches for too long. We can't chop wood , we can't fix shit , we can't act like men.

But we have to. We were born with dicks so we better not act like pussies after a hard day.

Think of it like this. You have to create a frame that portrays who you are or who you want to be if you are still faking it till making it. Say you want to be some alpha rottweiler so start acting like it. Do it untill it all becomes natural.

Go in the bathroom for 30 minutes when you are having the so called mini-breakdown. You don't want anyone seeing you acting like a bitch.

I've learned, through lifting and holding frame in general, it becomes less tiring and more reassuring to think I can rely on myself in that way.

I don't have to rely on the emotions of others to dictate my current state, and that starts to feed off itself.

Keep at it, and you will find it.

You are mistaking mood for frame. I think of frame as a structure to guide external relations with others. Mood is just how you are feeling. Frame is really just a habit of maintaining a self-oriented position in relationship to others.

Mood is feelz. You are going to have bad moods. Let them happen. Relax, you can't fight it and the fastest way through a bad mood is to feel it thoroughly and let it pass.

I don't know about what sounds like an anxiety disorder. If I know my head's not in the game I don't go out and put myself in display.

Honestly, when I feel like this, I grab a bag of weed and shit in my basement watching Netflix etc. It's not productive and it's not really manly but I'm 100 percent out of watchful eyes and I can just unwind completely and be oblivious
