I recommend nofap because most people just use it as a substitute for sex and mostly because they not getting sex.

Most people go about nofap the wrong way forcing themselves to avoid porn and masturbation which only drives you nuts.

It only works if you go 60-90days. There’s a shit ton of science on it. Basically stop running towards pleasure in your daily life. I’m 30days in and shits good. Lifts are better and for some damn reason I sleep way less but still energize

i personally don't get the whole nofap thing. when i am getting enough sex, i rarely fap. if i haven't gotten laid in more than a few days, i rub one out. the more i fuck, the less i fap.

Personally it doesn't for me. I've fucked up many times with women and failed several shit tests while on no fap, and I'm sure it had something to do with it. No fap makes me thirsty and emo as hell.

nofap shit is for people who hope that one magic pill will make their life amazing. there might be something to it, but if you think you will change drastically you are in for a disappointment.

Many nofappers have a cult like mentality and start throwing mysticism shit around as though not wanking is going to help you achieve enlightenment and turn superhuman or something, if you are masturbating five times a day every day then maybe you have a problem otherwise it's fine, many say they were low energy before "semen retention" but are more than likely just lazy bastards in the first place.

I guess so but you can have a middle way by masturbating without porn. Porn emasculates you and getting yourself rid of it will automatically reduced your maturbation frequency.
