Just had the weirdest breakup where we were having this very guards down conversation, where we were just looking at each other talking and just in the zone and she brings up the idea that I don't care about her. It was very casual and me not realizing where this was going went along with it and then she goes on to nit pick and belittle me. At this point I just walked away. (Dont know if there was a better way to handle it) it felt like I got stabbed in the back by my best friend.

I know I broke frame multiple times while we were seeing each other and I guess I'm just wondering if this game ever ends? Would there ever be a point where I don't have to actively play the game all the time?

TL;DR broke up because of losing frame and probably something else. Just wondering if there ever will be a point where I don't have to worry about my frame?
