I've realised that in order to hold great influence, I must becoming charming. So, I've decided to delve into Dale Carnegie's book. The problem is that they will be constant shit-testing and so do I handle it all. Should I prove my worth? Should I threaten them? Should I remain stoic and ignore? What is the best mindset to hold if you aim to be the alpha of your own group, whilst keeping influence?
