I posted about failure to escalate during an impromptu meet up with a girl I met on tinder where I didnt escalate and the consensus I got is that during my next time seeing her (our planned date) I must escalate.

Well I didn't, I enjoyed the date and had an oppurtunity to go for a kiss when I walked her to her place from the train at the end of the night. I could see in her eyes she was waiting for me to make a move.

It didn't feel right to me at the time and in hindsight my decision worked to my advantage. My theory is that I invoked a sense of insecurity with this girl - ("why didn't he kiss me...")

Kept messaging eachother and bam - she turns sexual. The next time we hangout I believe will wind up with us hooking up at her place.

I projected that I know my worth, and this established me as an alpha without doing anything overtly.

TL;DR what is more important in the initial stages of dating - escalation or holding your frame? By nature they aren't mutually exclusive but have different implications (in my humble opinion.)

Will update with my feild report later this week.

Edit: as promised, i went to her place didn't escalate at all - she did instead, it was a work of beauty imo, I reversed the roles so she felt the pressure to escalate. Fucked her nonetheless.
