I'm 22 years old, about to graduate college, got unplugged 6 months ago. I've had erection problems ever since my first gf in high school, and the problems have never truly gone away. I am able to get hard but I lose my erection very easily, almost 100% of the time i will lose my erection eventually even when masturbating. It's led to premature ejaculation problems so usually it takes me awhile to get hard, then i lose it, then i cum in a minute(after finally getting hard again), and it's also led to me not even trying to fuck girls anymore after my last attempt ended in 3 days of trying to have sex, 1 minute of sex, and 9 hours of kinky foreplay.
I thought that my problems were with too much masturbation and lack of cardio, but I've been doing nofap for 3-4 months now (just started masturbating without porn to see my erection strength and work on timing) and I've also been lifting +running and just ran a 3k obstacle course with ease (best in my group by far). So far after resuming some masturbation without porn I've had only a slight increase in erection strength, and still occasionally losing an erection halfway through fapping.
I've started to think something is physically wrong with my dick. I just found out that it is abnormal to be able to easily push an erection downwards and I realized that my erection must be absurdly weak. This made me remember that when I was young (10-11 years old) I discovered naked women on the internet. I must have been retarded because I didn't know what masturbation was so I would tuck my hard dick beneath me and flex my erection. So basically I would be sitting with my erection under me, flexing with all my might for god knows how long.
Definitely the stupidest thing I've ever done to my body, I'm just now realizing that I must undoubtedly have done permanent damage to my penis.
So I've been researching and my options look like I can either take a pill or go under the knife. I'll be going to the doctor ASAP to get an ultrasound but I before that any advice I can get is appreciated (I know I'm not going to find anyone else with the same problem but maybe somebody is familiar with Viagra or Ed surgery?)
My questions are, if I start taking an ED pill now would I possibly develop a hard tolerance to it in later years? How risky is ED surgery at my age, e.g. loss of feeling and lack of fixing the problem? If I damaged my penis 12 years ago is there even any way to fix this or would my body have developed in such a way that there's nothing to be done? Should I try to keep doing nofap/lifting/kegels before attempting anything else? Should I still try to fuck girls even though I'm not getting horny? Thanks in advance, I really appreciate trp community and without it I wouldnt be taking myself these questions.
