Do y’all ever experience ED?

Feel like I’m having a hard time connecting with chicks cause I’ve binged porn the last couple years or so but it’s getting better every time I close.

The first time I couldn’t get hard, second time I couldn’t stay hard, this time I stayed hard for a like 30 seconds and then came

(I used to be a fuckin beast lol that’s never happened, but after a bad breakup said fuck it, starting from square one it feels like)

Except now I’m older and idk if it’s lack of libido, testosterone, or cause I can’t connect and get out of my head. Which I’m assuming it’s the last one.

I mean it sucks, but I’m gonna have to work through this embarrassment to get to where I want to be.

Assuming lift to get more testosterone, any other libido increasing techniques? Or how to get out of your head?

I closed 3 times this week but could only stay hard enough to stick it in once, for the 30 seconds or so.

Lol I’m so mad, but I’m working on it and going through the muck
