Hey everyone, I have lurked this sub for a while and I figured that I would post my experience here because you guys always have a lot of good quality advice.

I took an edible on May 6th, ended up in the ER twice because of panic attacks. For the last 2 weeks, I have felt certain high symptoms still, music is still good, slower, reaction time, staring into space, etc. Not many people believe me. I also and extremely anxious (I wake up at 6 am or 7 am anxious panicking, and this has never happened before), depressed, my OCD has skyrocketed too. I know I am not in my normal brainstate still, I can feel it. I took a pee test about 10 days ago, and it said negative. I took just a little bit more than a starter dose. (16 mg)

People are saying that it is placebo, that I am making up the symptoms, but whenever I try to drive my reaction time is slower and I hear music better (never knew God's Plan sounded that good)

I am open to saying it is placebo, I understand that could be possible but I really don't know. I have talked to a myraid of people and they say that it is not possible for me to feel these symptoms from an edible for max more than 3 days. They think I am trolling But is music still supposed to sound this good after 14 days?! Am I supposed to be this slow.

My theories are:

- I had a stomach virus 4 weeks ago and the edible is being digested slowly (don't know if this is possible but food doesn't go down well)

- I still am high somehow

- I don't think it is a derelization issue as I think everything around me is real I'm just slow

- My brain since it was a traumatic state (I have a high stress response) is literally still perceiving me as high

- I was taking ativan a few times during this experience for panic attacks and maybe that plays a role (doubt it) haven't taken it in 2 days either

-Literally keep forgetting what I am going to write here...

- Just remembered it: I always have a fast operating/anxious brain for sure, so maybe this is just part of the process for normal people (fuzzy brain for a while) just something that I am not used to.

No question if I watch a video it stands out more like the effects, video games have never looked this good, nature has never smelled this good etc. When I drive a car my reaction time is just not there.

Any help is appreciated.
