Man in my early 20s here; I have been looking at the educational system in the US from a 'RedPill' point of view and thinking about how I'd like to educate my kids when I do have them. As I remember from my elementary years in the public schooling system, most of the teachers were white lower-middle class females without much education.

How are these women given the ability to teach and impact a generation of kids? I remember certain teachers treating me like shit, embarrassing me in front of other kids. Yelling at kids and using horrible techniques to deal with unjust behavior.

I remember getting my parents called in and punished for the littlest and stupidest behavior that shouldn't mean anything, and these people deal with this on a daily basis. Maybe I'm still seeing it from a child's point of view.

What are your guy's thoughts on this?
