Ive known this girl for 5 years, we used to have feelings off and on when we first met and now were so close that we cuddle and watch movies and shit. We are pretty physical but we've never kissed. I do see her as a friend but escalating would be a plus for me. Is it too late? Don't want to freak her out or anything since she is a friend. Not looking for LTR with her.
