You need to realize the difference between what you said and what you mean. You were okay until. You asked if you could come by. Can I come by? = "I have nothing going on, may you grace me with your presence?"

Sounds good I miss you too = I have nothing going on then, or now so I crave your presence and cannot wait to be graced by it again

Hey wyd? = I've got nothing going on and can't think of anything better to do than text you

Can't wait to see you tomorrow = I have nothing to do today, or tomorrow...seeing you will be the highlight

The nursing home thing was some shit attempt at extending the Convo while adding absolutely no progress to it

Then boom you randomly sexualize it.

Once she suggested Tuesday you should have concisely agreed and left it at that until a) she texts you or b) Tuesday to confirm /set a time place. Instead you constantly informed her that you don't have anything to do.

In order of most to least likely:

You hit her up first for no reason.
You (probably) responded too quick.
You responded at all.
She may have just been using you for attention and will flake.
She's out having a life, not using her phone right now.

Texting is for logistics. Your messages are getting longer than hers, shows to much investment from your side. Asking to many questions and inturn handing power to her.

What works for me is stopping mid conversation. It makes them wonder if they said something wrong or come off to strong. I would have stopped the conversation at the " I miss you though" and give her radio silence till the next afternoon.
