I work for a fairly large company and the department I am currently in has 21 staff members, I am the only male. I've recently heard them talking about how they have added everyone to a WhatsApp group and they have organised something outside of work. Should I be worried about this at all? I'm not so concerned about the night out but what they could be saying in the chat if they decide to gang up.
