I remember a point in time where I needed external validation on Snapchat and Facebook. I don't know if your validation need comes from social media, but if it does, try deleting the apps off your phone or deleting the accounts entirely... I also saw another comment by a user on here that i'll tl;dr for you, basically saying it's only up to you. Think about what you want, and validate yourself by getting it.
