I know the red pill stance on Facebook and Instagram, which is to delete them and focus on yourself.

Though, I somewhat depend keeping up to l date with them due to my work within IT.

Now, on these social media platforms if someone is not your friend then they can see your bio, which is a small peice of text that you can write anything within. What would be the most suitable thing to write here? From a red pill perspective. To appear alpha and captivate female attention.
