A good LTR is a mix of Alpha and Beta. Too Alpha she'll leave because she becomes too insecure or too beta, and she leaves cause she's too bored. When she said that, you should have kissed her then said something along the lines of "I love having you around".

It depends. Are you usually aloof in your relationship? Sometimes you have to mix it up between alpha and beta to keep things going. Mostly hot primal fucking with an occasional love making session.

At lunch time my gf came over. I told her she could eat then I took a nap. 20 minutes later she came in and I told her to get naked... one thing led to another. After the deed was done she went "do you feel better babe?" There are other times when I had her screaming "I'm your dirty little slut."

A month ago I rented an Airbnb and brought her on a trip to this lakeside summer town in the midwest. Checked out this festival during the day. At night I made her sit in the living room while I filled up a large bathtup with bubbles and placed glow sticks all over the room. When it was ready I made her follow the trail to the bath. I was a little more affectionate during this.

This is the point where I give them the lecture on titles. It goes like this:
"Sounds to me like you are looking for a title. The correct question to ask yourself is why this is important to you. Are your friends pressuring you into disclosing 'what we are' or is this some insecurity in yourself? Or are you wanting a title so you can then feel entitled to start treating me differently than you have been? Regardless of the reasons, I will tell you again what I told you when we met: you will never be any more secure with me than you are right now. No matter what is said, what we do, what promises are made or not made, you will not be entitled to any more than what you have right now. So stop focusing on what you don't have and appreciate what you do have."

I've never lost a plate over this lecture. It really makes them rethink what they have been programmed to seek all their lives.
