While this is a summary of what happened, I do not consider this a field report because I did not get the lay. The events that are mentioned are critical to understanding the story. If you need clarification feel free to ask.

On the night of NYE I went to a bar with some people and I did my usual approach. The night was good for the most part, I had drinks, I was with people I was familiar with, and I just had a good time overall. While I was doing my “rounds” (when I decide to walk around and find someone to approach), I saw a HB7.5 and her friend. I ended up approaching both of them and for the one who was more responsive, I ended up knowing her mom. After talking and dancing with her for some minutes I got her to come back to my place.

Normally when this happens I am pretty much good for the lay, but for that night it just did not happen. So I get her to my place, and she meets my friends. After the introductions I take her to my bedroom and she sits on my bed. She starts to grab things on my desk and play with them. I’m not sure if this means anything or not but I noticed I left my condoms out and she may or may not have seen them. Regardless after talking for a bit more I suggested we get in bed and watch Netflix.

Now I’ve been applying kino with her since we were at the bar, and I did the same thing while she was in my bed. I placed my hand on her inner thigh and she was all for it. She let me unzip her pants but she slapped my (LMR) when I went to finger her. I fell back and continued to watch Netflix. One thing I noticed is that I gave off beta tendencies (asking her if she was okay, and about her NY’s kiss) and this might’ve dried her up.

She then gets a phone call from her extremely drunk friend and while she’s talking to her friend she’s repeating “I’m okay, I promise you I’m okay.””Do you want me to send you my location?” “Are you okay?” While doing so she is still cuddling with me, but I pretty much pay this no mind. She then hangs ups because she has to babysit her friend (yeah right) and she leaves.

However, when she leaves, she ends up coming back shortly because it was too cold. She returns back to my room and she’s sitting on my bed and she grabs my cologne and starts playing with it again (IOI?). She then then finally leaves and I get her number.

The following day I text her asking if she made it back safely and she said she did. I then said something along the lines of “hope to see you again” and she replied with “for sure”

I do not consider myself an expert, but I don’t consider myself a rookie. However I was stumped when it came to the LMR and the poor escalation on my part. Getting her to my place was one thing, but failing to get the lay when she was in my bed is another. I’m going with a soft next with this one, but I feel as if I missed a lot more about that night. Do you guys have any suggestions for I can get the F-close in the future?
