Your stamina sucks, here I am 54+ and I can literally go an hour or more if I want. It's learning how your body and hers works. It's changing positions, it's servicing her while you "don't allow" yourself ro be touched.

It's all about pacing yourself. A quick trick is learning to slow the stroke, go deep and stay deep but grind the pelvic bones without thrusting. She gets stimulus, you catch a break from excitement.
