Gonna depend on your body type. this in my opinion is one of the few things that woman's advice is actually decent on. I've taken women shopping with me before, and I will often send picture snaps to a bunch of women on my Snapchat with multiple shirts / ties and numbers on them asking them which one they think would be the best.

Try not to take just any woman's advice. I greatly value the fashion advice of certain specific women in my life over others. if you have a female friend or even acquaintance that makes a lot of comments about clothing that men wear, try to single her out. Even if she's not a good friend of yours, she'd gladly go shopping with you sometime, even if she's higher SMV than you as long as you're not giving the vibe that you're trying to get with her. if you laugh and have fun during the experience, other women that see you together will think you're higher SMV as well so you get that at a benefit.

I personally love express suits and shirts. I'm 6'3 tall/lanky build and have added about 60lbs of muscle from lifting but still not the type that "fitted" shirts are for. The slim long ones are amazing.
