Well if you stay inside all day playing video games ofc you are boring . Improve yourself , get hobbies and activities. And don’t compare yourself to her .

Being not boring is not the same as being exciting.

You need two parts of this equation. First, have something to talk about! This means you need hobbies that arouse and interest you. I don't give a shit if it's the guitar or stamp collecting or antiquing or what, as long as it excites you and you can communicate that excitement.

Second, you need to be able to talk to people. This is a skill! Like any skill, it needs to be practiced. Go out for a walk and ask someone the bus schedule. Compliment that elderly woman on her hat. The elderly are great for this sort of practice because they are generally up for a pleasant conversation with anyone. I made a joke to an elderly lady about needing to borrow her walker and ended up in a twenty minute conversation about her hip replacement surgery. She was really sweet and it honestly probably made her day to have someone just willing to spend that kind of time in a Walmart laundry soap aisle talking to her.

As for the girlfriend, never depend on another person for your happiness or your entertainment. If your friends are her friends they aren't your friends! Dump the cheating whore and find some of your own.

You might be able to do that at your gym, but make sure you chat with people after their workouts. I hate it when people want to talk to me while I'm working out. I'm not there for that. And make sure it's men you're talking to. The girls aren't there to work out. They're there to look cute and take selfies (You've seen what they wear to "work out" in). The wrong word to the wrong girl at your gym and suddenly she's bitching to the owner and you've been metooed.

So, find hobbies that engage you and start making small talk with random people. It will help.
