Female initiated kino at what, and what it may mean; aside from an HR issue that is. First and foremost, I am in agreement with the old adage, "don't shit where you eat". Treating a girl outside of work like I would a coworker certainly wouldn't get me laid, but it surely could get me friend-zoned. That being said, work is a still a good place to practice building rapport and overcoming social anxiety. Especially my current work environment which is a big box retailer of consumer electronics and other shit that people think they need and lots of shit that most people want.

Lately, (past couple of months give or take a few weeks) a female coworker from a neighboring department situated immediately next to my customer consultation counter has been a little more touchy than I'd be comfortable with if it were most other folks. The coworker is somewhat HB8 depending on specific criteria.

So what she does is, approach me from behind or from my side and just grabs my hanging arm and holds it for seconds at a time. Many times while I'm working with customers on the other side of the counter. I'm thinking she's probably just being sweet and stuff but she isn't hispanic. I understand how it works for my Hispanic friends and when one of them touches me while speaking to me I know it's usually to express something that is not sexual. We also have had flirty interactions from time to time but nothing particularly aggressive.

TL;DR: So is this just family-style touching or is there a "I have a you on my radar and want to have intercourse" touch? TL;DR^

I believe I can close, but refuse to shit where I eat so I haven't taken it further. I have been applying red-pill principles to my interactions work. One time a manager asked this girl to bring a box of Styrofoam to the garbage compactor and she asked me to do it and then briefly pleaded in a sweet manner. Of course I didn't back down. If I were to, that would certainly have fast-tracked me to being categorized as a beta.
