Great job buddy. Now you finally going out that door, its okay to be nervous its okay to fuck up, there will be plenty more "dates".

You should quickly start vetting her interests for you.

Does she expect you to pay? If yes next, she does not respect your time and is there for a free meal.

Does she respond well to kino? If no then end the date quickly you are wasting your time.

Assuming all is well and you are about to take her home, start with heavy kino before you get to your place. This would cut out the "netflix and chill" bullshit and straight to sex.

Your roommate, assuming he's cool, tell him to not come back during a certain period of time. This also means after you fuck, you should tell the bitch to leave

Get your roommate out of the house. Go do an activity or event for an hour or two hour absolute max. Own the moment, tease her, grab her had and hold it if you are walking, make her smile, don't take things too seriously. Tell her about how you are a studying bird law. Then tell her 'let's get out of here' and she can come over for a little bit as you have to boot her out for X in the morning. Get back to your place, throw on music or Netflix and act nonchalant about her being there. When there is a pause in conversation or you feel like making the move do it and go from there.
