Go to a bar. Take her dancing or to whatever YOU'RE into.

Take her to play pool or bowling. Movies are not good for anything unless you've been seeing the girl and YOU want to see a movie. Also make her split that shit.

Dinner, movies, wine tasting, etc. are all terrible ideas. Even worse is paying for it. All other guys do this.

Take her to the cheapest fastfood place in town. Order yourself one milkshake and relax. Give her a chance to buy her own milkshake. Talk about her interests. Remember to relax and enjoy your milkshake.

Don't go for dinner, it's boring and you can't escalate. As beginner, drinks in a cozy bar, on a couch are good. With experience you can do shit like going to IKEA. Also, split the bill.
