First, I'd like to thank everyone for all you guys write and do here. I learned to much and improving basically everyday.

Now to my question:

Met a really cute girl. Went on a date with her and we had really good times. Long story short, went for a kiss and this girl was just all over me, really going crazy about it. It was my first kiss ever so I was a little shocked but went with it and I think it was quite good.

I had to wake up very early the next day so I called it off at some point. She was just holding my hand all the way to the parking spot (each arrived with his own vehicle) and we made out some more next to her car.

At some point (I'm not sure if it's a mistake) I said "Let's meet again" to which she responded positively. Can't remember exactly what she said but she agreed. After that each went his way and I asked her to write me when she gets home, which she did. greeted each other good night and that's that.

After two days I texted her and talked a bit, and ask what are her plans on the weekend. She said "I think I have a shift (both morning and night), why?" to which I replied playfully that I wanna meet her and I hope its mutual. She did say it is mutual, and she will let me know. Few hours later she confirmed that she has a shift and it won't be possible to meet. I answered with "No worries" and ended the conversation there.

Two days later (today) I texted her a simple hello. She did see it and didn't answer even few hours later.

Luckily I have some more options, but I wanna learn from it since it's my "best" date so far, had good time with her and had my first kiss.

What do you think went wrong? Something in me says maybe I was too needy, but something says maybe she got offended that I ended it with a "no worries" or didn't talk to her at all after those few days.
