I'm starting to focus on fitness, but the one thing that mainly dragged my confidence into the beta realm during highschool (aside from that White Knight shit) is this concaved chest of mine. I have this couch in my basement that is basically a half circle, and as a kid I sat on it a ton to play video games, so overtime I believe that to have been taking a huge blow to my posture and physical frame (aside from in general having been ridiculously lazy). Talking years of sitting on this couch in the summer, slumped, just awful.

Anyway, anyone here know the best exercises to fix a chest indentation? I'd say it's mild on the scale, it's not the worst it can be but it's certainly noticable even with a shirt on. Also, the surgery is out of the question, the cost is just out of my range entirely.
