Low blow : "Sure. I got reservations at <insert most expensive restaurant you can think of >. I can treat you but we'll need to be there by <time> and it's extremely formal so you'll have to dress up. I'll be tied up in the <office/gym/whatever > so I'll have to meet you there but I'll put us under <name>. "

Ask her to send you a picture of how she looks. Give her compliments and tell her you're excited. Then just msg her saying that she grab the seat you'll be a few minutes late.

Then just enjoy the show.

In this case I would make plans to do something you enjoy and would do alone. Tell her “ I’ll be at X place at Y time if you want to meetup.” If she flakes again then have a good time by yourself and lose her number.

In my experience texting “Who’s this?” to a girl who texts after you’ve deleted their number fucks them up.

If no: Set up plans for Tuesday. Strike when the irons hot.

If yes: Life’s too short to spend time on girls who are like this.

She probably had you on the back burner in case a better option came along. But who cares, go on the date and treat it as a learning experience to improve your game.
