So, after finding TRP and working out I’ve been changing my life (thank you guys). I have a few problems and maybe you guys can help me.
I have been working out consistently and have been trying my best to eat as much as possible.
I have recalibrated my life by erasing video games from my life and mindless browsing on the phone.
I have goals now: Get a Bachelors in C.S. and a six figure job is the goal. Get a six pack.
I work a full time job with full time school.
I have been trying to build confidence by cold approaching on campus or in public.
So, when I get all my work done and I’m done studying and I come home and realize. “There’s nothing to do.” When I get home I feel so lonely, I have no girls to hit up no friends to hang out with. I have no hobbies. Why do I feel this way and how do I become better? I don’t have a hobby because I’m not really interested in anything. How do I change this emptiness I feel? Should I cold approach more? Should I be patient and monk mode and just keep reading books/working out?
I want to feel that I don’t need anyone, I try to think that way but I just feel a part of me wants to go out and do things but I have no friends or girls to have fun with. Nor anything to do at home other than sit there and do push ups.
P.S. Reason I have no friends is because I’m from out of state.
