Fairly new here looking for pointers on how to get the best out of being a part of TRP. Things are going well and I want to keep improving. I'm looking for the following:

1) recommended reading

2) posts or concepts that had a big impact for you

3) any specific advice that would be helpful for a newbie

I'm currently running through the sidebar, reading posts, and referencing specific posts with gilded material eg reading lists. Not looking for anyone to do the work for me, just any advice you feel like throwing out there
