First read there stupid articles like "10 ways to know he is cheating" and... do the exact opposite :) I don't even have a password on my phone, my gf could snoop anytime and she would find nothing because... I delete the messages. Every time I come back from a holiday I hug her and immediately make love like "I missed you".

Now if I was to get caught, I would break up because the relationship would be broken. I would loose all the trust she has in me and would probably feel entitled to do the same. I would feel too bad for staying under these conditions. I actually got caught seeing two girls at the same time years ago, I thought I wouldn't care but I felt quite miserable when I got exposed :)

Note that women and men are quite opposite in that but always project their view on the other gender. A woman could deal with cheating for sexual reasons but the worst would be cheating for emotional reason, because you might abandon her. A man could deal with emotional cheating, but not with sexual cheating, because his monkey brain warns him "you are going to raise some other man's kid".

Don't be an ass hole and cheat. If shes not satisfying you and you want to fuck other women either tell her you want an open relationship or break up.
