If a girl is with her group of friends, I wouldn't even approach her. Here is why:

Women don't make decisions when other women are around. It is a group effort and consensus must be reached. If you try to approach a girl in a group, you are approaching the entire group. Not just her. Let's say you are a level 80 GigaChad and this girl's panties immediately burst into flames upon you addressing her. What do you think her friends are going to do? Tell her to "go get him girl" and encourage her to walk off with you? Every girl in that group is going to come up with a reason for your target to stay with them - out of jealousy.

Of course, you could bring a wingman. You speak to your target while your wingman gives her friend/friends the attention that women desire like crack.

If you are interesting enough, she will follow you. Most men don't understand what this mean. They will put on displays to pull her attention. No no. We aren't peacocks. Don't dance for them. Be attractive and be determined in what you want to do for you. Women are drawn to intensity and passion, but when those things are directed squarely at them, it can get creepy.

Depends on where you are. If you're at a bar / club, you can ask the girl if she's down to go with you to grab a drink or to get some fresh air or to dance. Shit, you can even ask her to show you where the restrooms are.

Doesn't really matter what you say and if you've built enough attraction, she'll also be looking for an excuse to be isolated with you and might even bring up an excuse herself.

Also, make sure that you've built trust and comfort with her group of friends to help prevent cockblocks, white knights, and AMOG's.
