The trick is, don’t downgrade. Keep your standards high. Find a chick on the same rating or higher than the girl you were with. If you go lower, you can sometimes make things worse because everything will be lacking to the girl you were with before.

This shit takes time to get over. I’m honestly developing oneitis too, and it can really stop your progress when it fucking hits you.
