I’m out of the house for 12 hours each weekday. With an hour put aside for cooking/eating, and 8 hours of rest, that leaves just 3 hours for everything else. I’m not complaining – as it’s not uncommon – just looking for some tips on how to manage a little better.

My short term goals are to work towards exercising for just half an hour each night, alongside reading for half an hour (I was actually reading The Slight Edge by Jeff Olson, which is why I suppose I’m trying to not become consumed by my job and continue pushing in other areas). I honestly feel as though I would struggle maintaining contact with any girls during the week. I’m so tired I just want time to myself, alone. I had considered joining Tinder beforehand, but now I view it as a massive waste of my free time. I will just have to make the most out of social outings on Friday’s/Saturday’s.

How do others manage? Thanks.
