I've always found that talking about TRP was pretty good preselection in and of itself. No, that does not mean to give her a URL and talk about the actual internet forum that taught you how to make her like you. What I mean is that women tend to be really interested in the sort of interpersonal dynamics we talk about here and that speaking non-autistically about it is itself going to be seen by her as evidence that you've been around.

Female friends are great to have at uni because of pre-selection, this is a good call. I loved this because they typically brought girls to partys as well and most of the time they were just "friends from class and we are not really that close."

As for plates, it's easy. Find a girl, whether at a bar, party, whatever. Chat her up, get her number. Plan something at the end of the week to go out for drinks or another party. The goal is short, small, banter text game that leads to logistics. If you didn't already hook up with her the first or even second night, anything after the third night and you are basically in "red" territory where it's the friendzone. This isn't particularly bad, you just keep them around for partys and meeting their female friends. If anything, having this mind set is a great safety net that will make hitting on girls easier. If you guys just end up friends, whatever, now you can make those "you need 2 girls for every one guy" ratio partys or add to you pre-selection group. This is NOT the goal, remember that.

Anyway what I typically do is a bit of the above mentioned. If I find a girl at a party, I typically joke with her about the party, maybe ask her a bit about herself, and then find things that will lead to physical escalation. Maybe you guys end up beer pong partners, add high fives, progress to a victory hug, work toward getting her alone in conversation with suggestive sexual theme down the line. These are all basic things that you can repeat in a myriad of scenarios whether at the bar or other social venues.

As for the plate part. You guys hooked up/fucked at least once. Hit her up for parties or going out. Keep the feel like you guys are just friends. Maybe you hit her up to hand out once every 2 weeks or so. "Hey my co-worker just told me about this kick ass bar that has 'insert whatever BS' so we have to check it out. Lets go Friday at 8. Dress up in something nice, don't embarass me." <- Don't be a wavering cuck, you tell her time and place. Women HATE picking that shit for you. I also can't stress enough to keep the texting to a minimum. Let her text you first when it comes to times where you are not already planning logistics.

Adding plates is no diffrent. They don't have to know about each other, and if they find out about each other, just act unphased as if you didn't think there was anything wrong. Most women acually prefer all this because you have removed the weight of the "label" or the "what are we." I think more women today are avoiding relationships and embracing the CC WAAYYY more than at any other time in history. This is why plating is so easy now, and why it is probably the preferred method of TRP. I think removing forcing a label on things makes it less stressful and "stuck" for women
