Hi, whenever I tell a story that is really funny (or i care a lot about) I get really excited. I usually sit relaxed all the time but when I start talking about something that I really like, I start talking really fast (and thanks to my foreign accent, I stumble my words a lot), squirming in my seat and laughing a lot. I feel this completely ruins my frame. From all I changed about my behavior from TRP, this still is the same. How can I stop/change this?

Btw this isnt only with girls. Its with everyone.
