Hey TRP, I need your wisdom

I've dated a girl for nearly a year and we are doing good, she is a quality woman. I feel much stronger and in control in this relationship, compared to previous ones, thanks to TRP.

So my question for you guys is what of these options you would pick in my situation, because I need input:

1: Should I keep living in separate appartments, and most likely break the relationship, since she is hitting the wall and wanna settle down with someone. Loosing her is not the point here, I will do fine. Actually part of my want to push her away and stay in control in my shitty little rental appartment, and enjoy my newly risen SMV to juggle plates again.

2: or should we buy a house together, and exploit the fact that she has a 220.000ish dollar saving for the down payment etc. I live in a rental appartment and it would be great to shortcut my way into home ownership. Not that I particularily dream of being a homeowner, but because it is a solid investment and I would like some more space for me and my soon to be teenager kids. She wants some contract protecting her investment, which makes sense, but it could still be profitable for me if house prices rise, which they are likely to in this area. Furthermore it seem she has a quality network which could prove valuable for me, and she has a good career path

I know this is red pill upside down, since most posts assumes the man makes more money...

She earns more than me, but I keep my frame and dread game. The thing is, she might turn bitchy, demanding and unsupportive as soon as we live together and have me landed, even though she is generally following my lead for now. She is a very reasonable person, a good step mom to my kids, she is enjoying a dominant man, and is financially responsible.

As for my situation, I lift and am doing ok financially, but can't buy anything meaningful on my own. I think I am working in the right direction with my mission, so IF(!) that takes off, it would be possible for me to buy my own place later, although the prices have risen at that point, and the banks would lend less to a single income person.

So what do you think? I obviously have way more thoughts than described here, but this post is too long already...

So should I become a "gold digger" even though the path is dangerous waters from a RP perspective?
