Being a metalhead I've seen and done my fair share of goth chicks.

First, it's a thing that dies off by college, even for chicks staying in the scene.

Second, they are super-passive, submissive girls. They'll be open to be approached, they'll transition to sex easily, they'll enjoy you bossing them around in bed.

However, they'll be 100% dependent on your initiative. They like to wallow in their passivity so you are always responsible for making everything happen, including in bed. They are liable to starfishing unless told otherwise.

Basically if you are in high school go for them if you like the look, they are easy lays. Be confident and high energy (which you should be anyway) and you'll lock that shit down easy.

it's not just "type of girls" - the goth subculture is a thing for men too. I was in it briefly, but mostly just all in black because fuck that's as simple and easy for clothes shopping as you can get so if the price is right, why the fuck not, plus a lot of goth girls back in the late 90's early 00's were decently hot, almost none were fat.

For what I've seen, they seem prone to negativity: posts content is mainly gloomy art/mystical subjects

and in some of it there's a beauty, although sometimes it's too intense to just keep around. I like some Mazzy Star and Jeff Buckley and other sad shit from time to time but really I couldn't make this a "style" to just "live in". No way I'm going to go so far into the goth scene to wear tacky accessories and actually put make-up on. Make-up is for studios and women.

I consider no red-flag actually from girls being goth but then again I haven't been around a modern goth-girl for the last 10 years. If there's a red flag pattern there now I wouldn't have been exposed to it.

Yes, she did seem cool at first but she is for sure bipolar. She will seem amazingly cool until the bipolar flips and she uses every reason why she likes you against you.

edit: also into DDLG which is fun but definitely had issues
