Good day everyone, I need some advice.

I am a 25 year old Hispanic male and I love Caucasian girls. I grew up broke and did not have many choices or friends. I think that because I was broke growing up I did not develop social skills, was not good at sports, and the only thing I had going for me is that I am smart. I got my first and only girlfriend at the age of 20 and she was a 4 or 5 with many psychological issues that I later realized. I broke up with this woman 2 years later and here is where my issue lies. I have not been intimate ever since.

I have been working on myself all this time and currently have a decent job, own my car, have a mortgage on my house, and I'm working towards a nursing degree (the only way to move up in my job is to become a nurse but I do like health and medicine). The problem is that even thought I have all of this I rarely see any indication of interest from woman. On top of that I work from home which makes it even harder to socialize and the only place I am able to socialize it's in college. I go to college at night and there are many woman in my class but as far as I know (the teacher asked us the first day of class) they all have kids and or are married. There is one chick in my class which I do not know if she has anyone since she missed the first day of class and I really like this girl but not sure what to do. I already have her phone number as I created a study group for my class which I'm the leader of so that my class could pass the subject as they were all failing so I stepped up and help them when they need it and that's how I got almost everyone's phone number from the class.

I took a health test 2 weeks ago which said that if I do not start exercising I am at high risk for developing heart disease and other illnesses related to a sedentary lifestyle so I signed up for MMA classes a week ago. I will also be enrolling in ballroom dancing next month since I want to develop skills that lead to touch and movement for game.

I am financially stable right now, keep myself clean, and i'm starting some hobbies but it's frustrating to see other guys that don't have their shit together get laid but I have not since the past 3 years. Oh, and does anyone have luck with Tinder??

I got the Rational Male a few weeks ago and have read most of it and have also read the sidebar of the Red pill subreddit. I just need some more guidance. Not sure what to do anymore.

P.S. My parents live with me in my house. I have a 5 bedroom home.
