Just dont be the one breaking the eye contact first. Also dont look down after the eye contact, only up/to the sides

I’ve learned this is the easiest alpha trait to pick up. You’re literally just looking at another human in the eyes maybe 75% of the time, and you’ll be amazed at the self confidence it gives you and more heightened conversations. So simple and effective.

Look into developing a dominant/strong gaze. You don't want to look intense, you want to gaze into them. Eye contact is critical. The number of times I've heard women say they love eye-contact is uncountable.

Remember eyes are the window to the soul. They aren't kidding. People don't put enough thought into this idea. They just think "yeah..." no joking it might be one of the most powerful pieces of attraction building.

Avoiding eye-contact is a sign of weakness, and holding a gaze is a sign of strength.
